Returns & Refund Policy
You can return your good(s) within 14 days of your item being delivered. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. Item(s) must be unused and in brand new condition (if the returned items show signs of wear they will be denied and sent back and will not be refunded). All returned good(s) must also be in protective packaging to ensure the jewellery does not become damaged in transit.
If you have received free UK delivery; your refund will be processed excluding a small handling fee of £3.49 which covers postage and packaging. For example, if your order was £20 you will receive a refund of £16.51.
All customers are responsible for returning their order. We recommend using a tracking service as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in the post on returning it to us.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If sale items are returned to us they will be sent back.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your good(s) being delivered. Policy remains the same as returns. An exchange means swapping your item for another item of the same value or a different size. International returns can be accepted within 30 days of your good(s) being delivered.
All items are covered by warranty. Should your item be damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to try to resolve this for you.

Cancellations: All orders will be processed so please ensure you are happy to proceed with your purchase as final orders will not be cancelled.
