Returns | Refunds | Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow orders to be cancelled. Due to our processing time, we cannot cancel any order after they have been placed, therefore we advise that you are happy to proceed with your order before placing.
Can I return my item?
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days (excluding earrings). Please read further detailed information on our returns policy. Please note, this excludes our sales items.
My item doesn’t fit, can I exchange it for a different size?
As long as you send the item back undamaged within our 14 day returns policy, we will be happy to swap your item with the correct size. If you have ordered the wrong size then we recommend ordering one of our ring sizers first to ensure you receive the correct size.
Please note, this excludes any clearance sale items.
Do I have to pay shipping to return my order?
Yes. The customer is responsible for return postage.
My item arrived damaged; can I get a replacement?
Absolutely. Please get in touch with us via sales@nouveau.rocks and provide us with photo evidence of your damaged goods in order to receive a replacement.
My item has become damaged after 14 days of arriving?
Most of our jewellery comes with warranty in place. For more information, please contact us on sales@nouveau.rocks.
Will Nouveau Rocks jewellery turn my skin green?
Our jewellery does not contain copper metals which is what turns the skin green. Our jewellery is made with the best quality solid 925 sterling silver.
How are jewellery is made
What material is Nouveau Rocks Jewellery made from?
All stones used in our jewellery are made from high grade cubic zirconia set in 925 Sterling Silver. We also cut some of our stones to create a crushed ice effect.
Will my jewellery from Nouveau Rocks rust?
Our jewellery will not rust due to being Sterling Silver.
Does Nouveau Rocks jewellery contain Nickel, Lead or Copper?
None of the jewellery we provide will contain nickel, lead or copper and will not turn your skin green.
Who designs Nouveau Rocks jewellery?
We have a number of designs made by a number of preferred manufacturers depending on the look we are aiming for. All designs follow our fast fashion patterns and we only sell the best designs to allow you to ‘fake it until you make it’ by buying high quality goods without the high price tag.
Jewellery Care
Can I wear Nouveau Rocks jewellery in water?
As our jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver it is safe to wear in water. However, we do not recommend wearing any jewellery in water for an extended period of time so that the jewels maintain their shine. Our jewellery will not turn green over time.
How do I clean my Nouveau Rocks jewellery?
We recommend leaving your jewellery in warm soapy water for around 15 – 20 minutes. Gently scrub to remove dirt from between the stones. Rinse the soap off with warm water and pat dry. Buff with a soft dry cloth and store in your Nouveau Rocks box or pouch.
