All jewellery via Nouveau Rocks is made from 925 Sterling Silver and 18 Carat Gold Plating. This means your jewellery is 100% tarnish free, waterproof and it will never turn your skin green. We advise to always take care of your jewellery in order to get the most wear out of your pieces. Take a look below at our 'top tips' to help.

How do I clean my Nouveau Rocks jewellery?

We recommend leaving your jewellery in warm soapy water for around 15 – 20 minutes. Gently scrub to remove dirt from between the stones. Rinse the soap off with warm water and pat dry. Buff with a soft dry cloth and store in your Nouveau Rocks box or pouch. Don't forget you can purchase one of the Nouveau Rocks dry cloths from our store for only £2!

Can I wear Nouveau Rocks jewellery in water?

As our jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver it is safe to wear in water. However, we do not recommend wearing any jewellery in water for an extended period of time so that the jewels maintain their shine. Our jewellery will not turn green over time.

What happens if I leave my jewellery on overnight?

Thankfully, nothing will happen! We would always recommend removing your jewellery before bedtime and storing it away in a safe place. It will keep your jewellery fresh and of course your fingers too! 

Do you provide a cleaning service?

Yes we do! If you are lucky enough to live close by, you're always welcome to pop by and we can show you how to clean and take care of your jewellery. For those that don't we've got you covered! Check out our Rocks cleaning cloths and solutions to help you.

Will your jewellery irritate my skin? 

The good news is that it won't! We've taken extra care to ensure all pieces are kind to skin so even those of you with sensitive skin can still enjoy our collections.
